
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
1.Must be a holder of degree in law granted by a recognized University established by law in India.
2. He must be a citizen of India.
AGE LIMIT
Must not have completed, as on the last date fixed for receipt of applications 38 years of age in the case of candidates belonging to Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribes and 35 years of age in the case of others.
SCHEMES OF EXAMINATION
Preliminary Examination: Objective And Multiple Choice Type.
Mains Examination: Descriptive Type (written conventional type).
Interview: Viva-Voce( personality Test)

The preliminary exam shall be of 100 marks and the duaration whereof will be of 2 hours.

INTERVIEW: VIVA-VOCE
Viva-voce will carry 70 marks.
All candidates who obtain sixty per cent or more marks or, corresponding grade in the written Examination shall be eligible for viva voce examination. Provided that Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) candidates who obtain fiflry per cent or more marks or corresponding grade in the written examination shall be eligible for viva-voce of 70 (seventy) marks.
The candidates shall have to secure minimum 60% marks in the interview.
