
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
A citizen of India
The holder of a degree in law granted by a University established by law in India.
Able to communicate in Nepali or any other languages of the State.
An adequate knowledge in Computer to be tested at the time of viva voce.
The candidate must have practiced as an advocate for a minimum period of 3 (three) years.
NOTE- the number of years of practice completed by a candidate desirous of appearing in the examination for the post of Civil Judge (Junior Division) shall be calculated from the date of their provisional enrolment or registration with the concerned State Bar Council".
AGE LIMIT
Not more than 35 years of age as on the last date fixed for receipt of applications.
SCHEME OF EXAMINATION
Recruitment to the post of Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate (Grade-III) is done in two stages.
(Preliminary screening exam may be held in case of a higher number of applicants.)
Mains Examination: Descriptive Exam (Written Conventional Type)
Interview: Viva- Voce (Personality Type)
