1. No Refund After Course Access

All course fees are non-refundable once access to the purchased course has been granted to the student.

Accordingly, requests for refunds will not be accepted merely because a student:

• Changes their mind after purchasing a course.
• Decides not to continue with the course.

• Chooses another coaching institute or educational service.
• Fails to qualify for or secure selection in a judicial services examination.

The non-refundable condition applies irrespective of whether the student has accessed all or only a portion of the course content after access has been granted, subject to applicable law.

2. Cancellation of Course Purchases

Students are advised to review the course description, duration, syllabus, mode of delivery, eligibility requirements, features, and applicable fees before completing a purchase.

A purchase request may be cancelled before course access is granted, subject to the applicable terms and circumstances. However, once access has been granted, the purchase cannot ordinarily be cancelled to obtain a refund.

3. Duplicate Payments and Failed Transactions

5. Course Changes, Postponements, or Discontinuation
