
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
A person appearing for the exam must have completed their graduation in Law from a recognized college or university.
The minimum age required is 21 years, and the upper limit is 30 years (for non-domicile candidates).
For Chhattisgarh domicile candidates, the upper age limit is 40 years.

PLAN FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION
It will be of 300 marks.
There shall be negative marking of 1/3rd marks for each incorrect answer.

It will contain 50 questions consisting of 100 Marks.
(ii) Constitution & (a) Major Acts (b) Minor Acts
It will contain 100 questions consisting of 200 Marks.
